Privacy policy
This privacy policy explains how personal data is processed when you use rodadesambadoalemao.com. Our website presents the band, media and concert dates, and enables contact and booking enquiries. At present it does not use analytics or marketing trackers and does not embed YouTube or third-party social media players.

2. Hosting and technical connection data
The website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany. When you visit the website, technical information necessary to deliver content and keep the site available and secure is processed. This may include your IP address, requested resource, time of access and browser or connection details.
A data processing agreement under Article 28 GDPR is in place with the hosting provider. Processing for the hosting service is carried out in Germany in accordance with the agreed conditions. The option “Es werden keine Logs erzeugt” (no customer logs) is selected under “Logs & Statistiken” in ALL-INKL. As a result, additional customer access logs and visitor statistics are not created through this function. Short-lived technically necessary processing or separate security operations by the hosting provider may still occur. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in secure and reliable website operation).
3. Email, telephone and booking enquiries
When you contact us by email or phone, we process the details you provide, such as your name, contact details, the content of your enquiry and information about a prospective event. We use this information to respond and, where relevant, prepare or perform a contract. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for contractual or pre-contractual requests; Article 6(1)(f) GDPR may apply to other correspondence.
We retain data only as long as needed for the enquiry, business relationship or applicable statutory retention obligations. Contact details necessary to respond to your enquiry are required for an individual reply; you are otherwise generally under no obligation to provide personal data.
4. WhatsApp
The WhatsApp button is an ordinary link to WhatsApp Ireland Limited. Merely visiting our website does not load a WhatsApp widget or establish a direct connection to WhatsApp. Only after you activate the link is WhatsApp accessed; the provider may then process technical connection data and information shared in a chat under its own rules. Data transfers outside the EU/EEA may take place.
WhatsApp is optional. You can contact us by email or phone instead. Please avoid sending particularly sensitive information via this channel. WhatsApp privacy policy.
5. Events from a published iCloud calendar
Concert dates are retrieved on our server from an Apple iCloud calendar that we have made public. Only our web server connects to the calendar service; your browser does not connect to Apple simply to display the events. Apple may receive technical connection data from our server during these requests.
Our website and local event cache process only the details needed for the listing: date (including start and end times internally), title, venue and, if provided, an event-specific HTTPS URL. The visible listing includes the date, title and venue, plus an optional “Tickets” link. We first read the event URL field. If Apple’s public feed omits it, we alternatively read only a URL line explicitly marked “Tickets:” in the event notes. All other notes and attachments are neither stored nor displayed. Server-side caching reduces requests and improves availability. The legal basis for necessary processing is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
6. Self-hosted media and language preference
Images, videos, fonts, stylesheets and scripts are served from our own website. Videos do not use YouTube or another external video player. We currently do not use tracking cookies, analytics services, marketing pixels or social-media plugins.
The language switch stores your manually selected language (DE, EN or PT) in your browser’s localStorage. This functional preference does not track you and is not transmitted to us. You may remove it by clearing this site's local browser storage. On the English entry page, the browser’s primary language may be used once to select a suitable language version. Because this is solely necessary for your chosen language display, no marketing consent banner is used.
7. External links
Links to Instagram, Facebook, venues and optional ticket providers lead to independent external sites. Only after you click such a link does your browser contact the external provider. Those services process data according to their own policies; transfers outside the European Economic Area may occur. See Instagram's policy and Facebook's policy.
8. Recipients and international transfers
Personal data may be processed by our hosting provider and our business communication service providers for the purposes stated above. Where you follow an external link or voluntarily contact us via WhatsApp, the respective provider processes data under its own responsibility. International transfers may occur subject to the applicable legal requirements and safeguards.
9. Your rights
Subject to the relevant legal requirements, you have rights of access (Article 15 GDPR), rectification (Article 16), erasure (Article 17), restriction of processing (Article 18), data portability (Article 20) and objection to certain processing (Article 21). You also have the right to complain to a data protection supervisory authority. In North Rhine-Westphalia, this is the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (LDI NRW).
